Let me tell you a story.

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened" (Matthew 7:7-8).

On my car ride back to campus tonight, I heard plenty of hints to tell of my story because God has made me a storyteller.

Here's the gist: A door is not declared shut until God says so. 

I love this truth. It boggles my mind. I feel like the longer I follow Christ, the more I see His sense of humor as He orchestrates our joys and trials. Let me give you an example that I'm currently going through, and you have permission to laugh with me! :)
