Bring in the Cheese! :)
"The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you have done for me.'" --Matthew 25:40.
"Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it." --Hebrews 13:2.
The world is drifting farther and farther from God: we see this every morning when we turn on the daily news. Some would say we are leaving Eden, the perfect picture of how God created us to live. We all know how the story goes: sin corrupts that beautiful serene picture and replaced the peace with chaos and life with murder and suicide. Rather than succumbing to the ways of the world, constantly living in love like Jesus did and still does: love to family, friends, complete strangers, and even our enemies is very important. Rather than living in our own little world, we can keep those who are hurting in our prayers, donate to charities, or just smile! A smile is a universal language. A smile has power that sometimes words cannot bring forth. Small gestures of love are what make a difference, shining specks of light in the darkness of the place we call home.... for now.
Smile, friends! It's healthy! They're contagious, too. :) :)
God bless! :)
